Hi! My name is Hagen,

I have been studying and training in Organic Intelligence since 2020.

So far, most of my work has been set within the world of the Human Design system, helping newcomers, advanced students, and active professionals with the integration of transformative knowledge into lived experience and attuned, sustainable practice.

For my clients, interests usually include: personal purpose, growth and authenticity, relationships, career development, and organizational management. People tend to find me when a life changing shift has occurred and new tools are needed to walk the path ahead.

Something my clients and I often have in common is that we're figuring out how to learn and live more experientially, making the transition from a life that is mostly in the mind, to a life that is embodied, connected, open-hearted, and true to our nature.

Background:

Prior to focusing on Human Design and OI, I pursued interests in regenerative economics, co-creating with local communities in key ecosystems to build holistic, scientific, creative and playful education that connects people and nature, addressing economic needs while protecting the environment. During my studies in economics I became interested in the linkage between economic systems, trauma, the poly vagal theory, complexity science, and my own mental health. It was with great serendipity that I then made a friend who guided me to OI and the End of Trauma Course, where I found what I had been looking for.

Personal difficulties that OI has helped me with include: burnout, chronic pain that prevents walking, migraines, isolation, freeze, depression, difficulty processing emotions, difficulty sustaining social connection, addiction to intensity and altered states.
