Introducing the Post-Trauma Era of Healing
Growing organically since 2010, Organic Intelligenceยฎ (OIโข) has developed as a unique approach/understanding to healingโone dedicated to seeing and facilitating clientsโ emergent healing empowerment. Not merely non-pathologizing, the OI Coach or therapist sees the client as essentially whole, with an insistent, inherent intelligence aiming to bring that wholeness into daily experience.
In this initial hour of the inaugural OI Summit, OI Founder Steve Hoskinson will walk us through the essence of Organic Intelligence. From its basis in biological attunement to its recognition that we are one anotherโs spiritual midwives, Steve will describe the essential steps of the OI healing approach, and cite the research.
You will gain insight into the methods of this mindful and positive psychology approach, and have time for experiential practice and Q&A as Steve sets the stage for upcoming conversations between five brilliant and truly remarkable people, the OI Faculty. Welcome to Organic Intelligence and this introduction to a new era of healingโthe Post-Trauma era of Post-Trauma Growth.

Overcome Hidden Shame with Organic Intelligenceยฎโthe Safest and Gentlest Approach for Life-Long Freedom
Behind every personal challenge lurks shame. For some, it’s chronic and debilitating. For others, it’s hidden and barely noticed, yet still running the show.
You may think that the way out is to release your trauma, sit in the sensations of whatโs painful, or tirelessly try to change your thoughts. From an Organic Intelligence perspective, these approaches are unnecessarily difficult and painful. Fortunately, there is a more friendly way.
In this talk, Rena K. will help us understand the biological nature of shame, share how the OI approach uniquely melts shame, and provide OI informed practices that support friendliness towards yourself.

As psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy expands rapidly, clinicians are seeking frameworks that extend beyond preparation protocols and post-session meaning-making to explain how therapeutic change becomes fully integrated in the biology. In this conversation with Amie Summers, sheโll introduce a body-oriented, biology-first approach to psychedelic-assisted therapy through the lens of Organic Intelligenceยฎ and complex systems science.
Learn how Organic Intelligence principles can help practitioners recognize and support the biological processes that underlie lasting integration and change. Sheโll also share how these principles inform preparation, medicine sessions, and integration. Weโll learn about facilitating greater stability, flexibility, and enduring therapeutic change while respecting clientsโ inherent capacity for self-organization.

Meditation is often approached as something we should doโanother good habit to establish, another way we might become better at managing ourselves and our lives. But what happens when meditation becomes less about striving and more about developing a different relationship with our experience?
In this conversation, Robin Craig and Steve Hoskinson will explore meditation through the lenses of Buddhist practice and Organic Intelligence, including the role of ease, interest, and even enjoyment in supporting practice. Weโll consider what we are cultivating, what helps practice take root, and how practice can meet us in the midst of ordinary life. Weโll also explore what becomes possible as we learn to attend to experience in a different way. The conversation may include an opportunity to explore some of this together through meditation practice.
Robin Bio
Robin Craig appreciates the ways that joy is an integral part of the path to deep spirituality and interconnection. She is a Nature Dharma Teacher and trained in The Mind Illuminated tradition, which is rooted in Theravadan and Tibetan Karma Kagyu traditions with lineage to the Venerable Ananda Bodhi.
Robin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Faculty of Organic Intelligenceยฎ. Her understanding of the ways spirituality is shaped by our biology and physiology support an approach to meditation practice that is non-shaming and flexible and brings an emphasis on the joyful exploration and insight that arises from there.
