Module One: 8 Weeks
Underneath all the client presentations and all the psychological theories is a physiology ready to heal. Get the science, the maps and the tools to provide the right support at the right time. Post-Trauma Growth becomes inevitable.

Module Two: 8 Weeks
Experiential learning at its most organic. Experience the gentleness of OI done-for-you practices. Feel the difference of truly experiencing your own resources.

Module Three: 8 Weeks
Master the OI Free Association Conversations (FACs) to discover what the client’s system is presenting for the day’s work. We’ll train in these improvised conversations, with narrative and with cataloguing subtle movements. We’ll recognize movements with promise for healing a fragmented body and mind. We’ll map clients’ organizational Phase, Fight-Flight-Freeze and spend extra time on dissociation.

8 Weeks
We’re far from broken, and our Post-Trauma essence reveals itself in every session. Classic practices of non-attachment and differentiation show up as the most important force of our being constellates: the integrative impulse. As you facilitate clients’ bandwidth growth, consciousness expands and becomes broadly inclusive. Reactivity is replaced with response-ability. Insecurity transforms to trust. And coaches’ confidence soars.

8 Weeks
It all comes together here with supervised session work and live demonstration revealing further nuances. Practice opportunities expand, and Steve and his professional team provide direct feedback on real-life sessions specially arranged for OICC learners. The massive support provided by the Team throughout the training takes everyone across the finish line, with Certification in hand. You’ll want to be there for that completion celebration event!

Organic Intelligence® is a Level 1 Training Institute with the United States Association of Body Psychotherapy, their highest training designation. The OI Coach Certification is respected worldwide, with graduates successfully integrating OI techniques into their practices. 22 CEUs are available.
Organic Intelligence's Trauma Safe™ approach is a fundamental departure from the status quo of treatment. OI identifies the risk of unrecognized harm that occurs in treatment with a negative intensity trauma focus. This innovative, positive psychology approach is called a "gentle revolution in healing."
Plan for about 5 hours a week during each of the five 8-week modules. There are never more than 4 consecutive weeks without at least a week break. Lessons are distributed as short and digestible "bites" (10-20 minutes), with numerous live class options that fit easily into busy schedules.
The number of participants is limited to preserve personal connections and provide individual attention. Although OI feels a responsibility to provide this training to those with sincere interest, the cohort is kept small enough for students' needs and questions.
In collaboration with the OI BIPOC Facilitator team, OI provides a number of BIPOC grants in each cohort. OI also offers generous, no-interest payment plan options to make the program accessible.
