The moments in session when my clients reconnect to themselves and take that organic, effortless, in-and out breath are particularly touching to me. I feel honored to tenderly hold and be with their courageous steps to reclaim all of who they are. – It doesn’t matter if these moments are expansions of joy or pleasure; the pain of grief or anxiety; the surge of anger arising; or some other nuance of human experience. They are all sacred moments. In this moment now, clients have arrived, authentically embracing what is, being with themselves, with me and not putting anything away. Everything is included in taking that breath of life.
My professional education began with graphic design & communication and I worked in this field for over 25 years. I am curious by nature and had a special interest in the interconnectedness of different areas of growth and fullness of being human. I love systems thinking, meaning that I weave together design, communication, therapy and neuroscience in a dynamic holism.
I understand that everything is connected in rhythmicity and cycles, a movement between self-regulation and co-regulation. In my session work I foster building awareness in these cyclical processes and strengthening each of these areas as key to resilience.
As an OI Resiliency Coach and CP Enneagram Professional, I see clients in my practice in Cologne, Germany or work with clients internationally online. With the positive reinforcement framework of Organic Intelligence® (OI™), I offer a therapeutic space, in which my clients experience attunement & empathic listening in a free association conversation. I cherish Organic Intelligence as a non-directive trauma safe™ Coaching. I accompany and support my clients on their way back to resourced empowerment, where concerns, worries and fears soften and ease, healing and self-regulation can appear.
Working with integrity and ethics is a top priority of mine and I follow the guidelines of the USABP Code of Ethics accordingly in my work.
In my life, it is my three beautiful adult children who inspire me for our future.
