Certificate
OI Coaching Certificate is the self-paced, complete OI Coaching program. Helping others, we help ourselves with the skills that catalyze post-trauma growth. Safely. Help your clients heal from the past and find their home in the present, in the body, home on this planet, and home to our human family and the cosmos.

HEARTraining®
The Human Empowerment And Resiliency Training builds on the foundation of the OI Coaching Certificate. Choose from a variety of advanced level courses taught by senior OI Mentors and Faculty. Learn how to incorporate mindfulness meditation, organizational coaching, group work, justice organizing, trauma topics (like working with motor vehicle accidents), systems intervention, child & family, shame into your work with clients.

OI Expert Program
This 7-part program hones the HEARTraining work with clarity on supporting a client’s movement from Phase 2 (Resilience) to Phase 3 (Prosilience). Then, the fractal work of Phase 3: Multiple Trauma Vortex, The 1st 30 Seconds & Holographic Blue, and Love & Lineage: Intergenerational Trauma Healing. Learn to facilitate your clients’ natural developmental growth in post-trauma system development.

EOTC Clinical
Trauma Safe™ Certified
Mentoring cohorts with OI Founder Steve Hoskinson includes session review, case discussion and advanced theory presentation. Particular attention is paid to an orientation that supports implicit communication between therapist/coach and client. Feedback on session work is provided and a review in the context of OI Core Competencies can earn you the Trauma Safe Certification — a landmark of personal and professional achievement.
