With 12 years of experience as an elementary school teacher in both international and U.S.-based schools, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of children and families. Over time, I came to realize the healing power of connection—the feeling of truly being seen and accepted—is key to fostering generational healing and creating a life that embodies enjoyment.
