Post-Trauma System Development
The Post-Trauma System Development (PTSD) course teaches the fundamentals of Post-Trauma Growth. Start using the personal practices found in seven life-affirming video courses. Coaches and therapists get tools to use with clients, and recorded OI sessions show what Post-Trauma Growth can look and feel like. In addition, all members are invited to monthly, live community gatherings online where questions are addressed and more advanced OI sessions are viewed and debriefed.

The Organic Intelligence® Coach Certification (OICC) program is a rigorous one-year, 200-hour immersion in the OI™ Post-Trauma Growth method. OI HEART™ Coach
OI HEART Coach Program
The OI HEART™ Coach (Human Empowerment and Resiliency Training®) program includes six courses that develop clients’ relationship to the systems where they find belonging. Belonging is our birthright. By helping clients find their preexisting experience of belonging, the ills of their alienation and disconnection fall away. These wider systems of belonging include “fractals” like the family system, the natural world, spirituality, purpose, meaningful work, biological self-organization, and intergenerational trauma healing.

OI Specialist
The OI Specialist Program (OIS) consists of a wide selection of advanced specialization courses taught by highly trained OI members and Faculty. OIS is an immersion into areas such as mindfulness meditation, group work, justice organization, trauma, children and family, couples, and organizational consulting. Participants choose their specialization courses that offer varying emphases in three areas of focus: personal/experiential, clinical/practical, and theoretical/scientific.

OI Growth Expert
In the OI Growth Expert program, small mentoring cohorts will form under expert guidance and consultation—beginning with OI Founder, Steve Hoskinson. This will include session review, case discussion, readings, facilitating earlier OI Courses, and advanced theory presentation. Particular attention will be paid to honing the coach’s explicit and implicit communications. This program’s aim is to prepare OI Specialists for the teaching and mentoring of upcoming generations of OI Coaches.
