My path here wasn't a straight line. I started in interior design, then found myself more curious about how people live and transform within spaces than how those spaces looked. That curiosity pulled me into anthropology, and eventually medical anthropology, where I became drawn to childbirth and pregnancy,  thresholds where identity reorganizes and something new is trying to emerge. I trained as a birth doula, then spent over a decade in social work, child welfare, and juvenile justice, building spaces (physical, emotional, psychological) where our youth could feel safe enough to imagine a different future. I went on to hold multiple executive leadership roles, and it was there, in the middle of real burnout, that I started asking harder questions about how to lead and live without overgiving myself. That inquiry eventually led me to Organic Intelligence®, the work that reorganized how I understand change itself.

In our sessions, I pay attention to who you are in this very moment, how you've adapted, and what's quietly asking to be heard, rather than to what's wrong or what needs to change. That way of seeing shapes everything about how I work. We move incrementally, with small, resonant shifts your system can integrate, and find your natural rhythm. We double click on more you, trusting your own innate wisdom as it arises in perfect timing.

Beyond coaching, I offer Embodied Feng Shui™, combining Instinctive Feng Shui™ and coaching to explore how your space can support who you are and who you're becoming, not just how it looks. It's an intimate relationship, between you and your home and it can be a resource for your becoming. I also facilitate Relatefulness groups and immersions, an embodied practice of relational presence that has deeply shaped how I hold space for others and myself across everything I do. It connects me to the beauty that arises organically when we show up with curiosity and discover both our uniqueness and how connected we all are.
