My professional education began with graphic design and communication. I had a special interest in the interwoven nature of different areas of growth and fullness of being human. I love systemic thinking and understand that everything is related in cycles, a movement between self-regulation and co-regulation. In my session work I foster building awareness in these cyclical processes and strengthening each of these areas as key to resilience.
As an OI Resiliency Coach and CP Enneagram Professional, I see clients in my practice in Cologne, Germany or work with clients internationally online. With the positive reinforcement framework of Organic Intelligence® (OI™), I offer a therapeutic space, in which my clients experience attunement & empathic listening in a free association conversation. I cherish Organic Intelligence as a non-directive trauma safe™ Coaching. I accompany and support my clients on their way back to resourced empowerment, where concerns, worries and fears soften and ease, healing and self-regulation can appear.
Working with integrity and ethics is a top priority of mine and I follow the guidelines of the USABP Code of Ethics accordingly in my work. I am a USABP Member.
