OI Trajectory Completed

Hello. Thank you for being here. I was first introduced to OI by a massage therapy colleague in 2015. At the time I was working with women with eating disorders at a residential facility while simultaneously growing a private massage + wellness practice in Tucson, Arizona. My deepest desire at the time was to find approaches to healing that could really help someone heal from past trauma.

When I first experienced OI it felt like I was coming home to myself. It felt easy, gentle, and dare I say, fun?! At the same time I wondered, is this really all I’m meant to do to feel better? Listen to the wisdom of my body? Be present with what is? Is that really where all the answers to my questions reside?

The answer I continue to unearth in my work (both on the giving + receiving end) is undoubtedly, yes.

As Rumi put it, “look for the answer inside your question”. In other words, the answers are within you.

This inherent knowing is the north star in my work as bodyworker, OI nervous system coach, and Tre® provider.
