Ana’s professional journey brings together performance, education, and holistic approaches to being human. With a background in professional acting, directing, and teaching across both youth and adult learning spaces, she creates environments where creative expression becomes a pathway to emotional regulation, self-awareness, and genuine connection. Her work is grounded in ongoing training in embodied acting practices, including Fitzmaurice Voicework, certification in yoga, and continued study toward meditation-based credentials. She also integrates principles from Organic Intelligence to support nervous system balance and help people expand their capacity for ease, resilience, joy, and a felt sense of coming home to themselves.
Beginning in Fall 2026, Ana will pursue a PhD in East–West Psychology, deepening her research at the intersection of theatre, embodiment, contemplative practice, and psychological well-being.
What makes her practice unique is the way artistic process and practical tools for presence and regulation live side by side. Thus supporting authentic expression in classrooms, rehearsal rooms, one-on-one sessions, creative work, and personal growth.
She welcomes individuals, educators, and collaborators who are curious about this work to schedule a free 10–20 minute introductory conversation to explore questions, intentions, and possible next steps together.
