My background

My approach is informed by fifteen years of study in wisdom traditions and over a decade working alongside poet David Whyte. I also walked a long, slow path through intense anxiety and overwhelm. These experiences, combined with my training in Organic Intelligence, have taught me that our most profound shifts often happen through a quiet settling into the present moment supported by relational ease.

Beyond my formal work, I am a husband and father, a wanderer of urban woods, and a student of Irish tunes on the guitar and bouzouki.

Investment & Accessibility

My standard rate is $150 per session. Much of my own formation happened through mentorship that was offered with great generosity. Because I have benefited so deeply from that spirit of accessibility, I reserve several spots for a sliding scale rate. If my standard rate is a barrier to our working together, please let me know.
