Welcome and thanks for being curious about my practice.

I come to this work from a lineage of people who have been dreaming of possibility and creating change based in community. When I found OI, it was after spending years organizing in social justice and working in grassroots organizations. I shifted my work to healing modalities and continued working in these communities with a healing justice lens. What I have come to experience is that shift happens when we return to our birth right of connection to nature, kind relationship and gentle rebalancing of our nervous system.

For over 10 years I have been learning and integrating OI into my work, supporting people in their uniqueness and wonder, and helping bring ease and pain relief to their bodies.

My office is located in the beautiful desert city of Tucson, AZ where I offer a variety of modalities including OI coaching sessions and hands-on therapies like massage and craniosacral therapy. Additionally, I offer integration sessions following psychedelic assisted therapy.
