Are you at a crossroads? Are you looking for a fresh start, one that’s more aligned with your deepest longing to live more physically embodied, emotionally steady, mentally calm and spiritually connected? Maybe you feel like something is missing so you’ve been on a self improvement path trying to fix what seems broken, damaged or deficient. Perhaps you’ve tried many of the “outside/in” approaches that attempt to improve that sense of deficiency and lack. Or maybe you feel like the world is too overwhelming, too abrasive for a sensitive person like yourself. Despite how you might be feeling or what you’ve experienced in life you’re not stuck with the old patterns of thinking. feeling and behaving that are keeping you stuck and limited.
What if instead of having problems, you have patterns? What if those learned patterns had become repeated until they felt immovable, unchangeable? What if nothing is missing and you are already Whole? The Somatic Integration approach offers a way to unfold your innate Wholeness through a deepening of contact with ourselves from the inside/out giving us access to our own wisdom, creativity and well being.
My name is Lisa Cary and I have been a Somatic Integration practitioner for 30 years. I work privately with clients, teach weekly classes, lead retreats and workshops in service of guiding people into nurturing their embodiment as unfolding souls ready to full occupy this body, mind and heart.
For 7 years I lived with daily, chronic sciatic nerve pain which led me to seek help in every modality I could find the form of chiropractic, acupuncture, Rolfing, massage, hypnotherapy, anti-inflammatory injections, massage, psychotherapy, etc. Thousands of dollars later, having tried everything, I was exhausted, depressed and frustrated that I couldn’t find someone to “fix” me. It was only one day when I attended a Somatic movement class that my body received a new set of patterns from the “inside” and I walked out of that class pain free and have remained so for the last 25 years. That one Somatics class changed the paradigm I was living in and it became my life’s work to share this with others.
