For the last five years that I have been personally and then professionally involved in the method, I found myself living a more spacious life. Spacious in a way which allows me to meet daily experiences and interactions with open heart and mind, be less reactive and more responsive. These five years turned to be a life change which I wish everyone to be able to experience for themselves.

I've always felt a pull towards the spiritual path. I have been a life student my entire life and through trial and error, I've come to a place where I want to offer what I've learned so far, which is never-ending, and keep on unfolding with each breathe.
