Welcome! I am a Somatic Coach based in Boulder, Colorado, with over 8 years of experience helping individuals. couples and families thrive. My gentle, integrative approach draws not only from Organic Intelligence® but also from Brainspotting, BodyMind Psychotherapy, and The Yoga of Undoing ( Scaravelli inspired Yoga). Additionally, as a trained End of Life Doula, I offer compassionate  support, providing both guidance and care though grief and end of life.

In my own experience of  this clinical model of Organic Intelligence® , I have found  a deeper sense of overall calmness , with a confident knowing that it will work out through practicing and using the tools that OI® gives to be present . OI®  has supported me  to source larger, more creative ways of being in life. As an example , I have found a love of painting , having never even been interested till now.
