I am a Mind Body Coach, Certified in Organic Intelligence©.  I also draw on my training in Internal Family Systems Coaching (IFS), Positive Psychology, Expressive Arts Healing and Creativity Coaching. I am a synthesizer of modalities, and I approach each coaching client relationship with Beginner’s Mind. I believe each client is highly unique, totally creative, resourceful and whole, and it is my joy to support your system toward healing and maximum enjoyment of life!

As a human with more than 60 years on the planet, I have had rich and varied life experiences, which deeply inform my coaching work. Some of these experiences include : working with a women's textiles cooperative in Ghana for a year, teaching Belly Dance in Ecuador, teaching Drama at a school for Street Children in Guatemala and studying West African dance and drumming in Mali. Other places I have traveled and worked in are Brazil, Cuba, Mexico and Bali.

Lastly, I have been on a healing journey for most of my life. I have personal experience healing from Parental Narcissistic Abuse, an Eating Disorder, Depression and Anxiety, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Organic Intelligence© work has by far been the most helpful modality in finding health, balance and ease in my nervous system. It would be my great pleasure to work with you in this transformational modality.
