Hello, I’m Rebekka. I am a certified Resiliency Coach (ICF), NeuroSystemics™ Group-Facilitator and a trained Trauma informed Family Constellation practitioner. I provide Organic Intelligence individual sessions on Zoom or in-person walks in nature, in Istanbul. I also lead Support- and Processing Groups for personal Growth and Empowerment (Resiliency Circles).
Organic Intelligence gave me the Clinical Tools to engage with people in their individual journey of healing, development and unfolding. My own history of hurt and neglect, my life experience and Mindfulness opened my heart for ALL aspects of an individual to be radically welcomed with unconditional regard. Meeting you exactly as you are and the practice of differentiation, allows honesty and intimacy – with oneself and others. The opportunity of safe relationships sets the ground to explore hidden aspects and most unwanted feelings, which are often the root cause of suffering and illness. The experience of being held allows for the potency of change to unfold, to heal and grow towards a life of unbound joy and fulfillment.
My professional experience with body work supports my somatic and emotional understanding and its inquiry in a safe and gentle way, for the unresolved potential of trauma to be revealed and integrated as “new” energy. The importance of relating both, in relationships and in community, particularly in these increasingly difficult and confusing times, is reflected in all my studies, trainings and work.
To ensure safety and ethics within my practice I attend bi-weekly supervision with Dr. Molyn Leszcz, co-author (with Irvin D. Yalom) of The Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy and with Dr. Prof. Ruthellen Josselson.
In hindsight, my life has evolved in a sequence of passages. A significant, more recent passage was the practice of OI and its gentle and intelligent approach. The impact on my biology allowed for a ‘return home’ and to a sense of embodied presence and conscious contentment.
Rebekka was born 1964 in Germany and is now living with her husband in Istanbul with whom she has 3 grown up children.
