OI Trajectory Completed
iACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS:
Here we are. Welcome.
What does it take to get here?
I meet you with humility, knowing something of what it takes to arrive at this juncture. I bring the fullness of my being to walk alongside you, using OI™, as the lighthouse, gently illuminating the path to our essential humanity and wholeness.
Your arrival here, and who you are, full of wisdom and wholeness is unique. Maybe these words resonate with you? Maybe you are not feeling the wisdom and wholeness that I know to be there and that is ok too. Getting here signals a milestone already attained.
You might have a sense of knowing what a good fit for you looks or feels like. You may get this when you see what a picture conveys, through words or meeting or a combination of these. I wholeheartedly encourage you to trust that.
A bit about Me
The common thread professionally has been empowerment-based practices with individuals, communities, volunteers, and organisations. Bringing over 25 years’ experience of facilitating individual and group sessions and providing training and consultancy for organisations. I followed my enjoyment of art and went on to work in a gallery. Whilst there, I trained to become a Feldenkrais Practitioner (now qualified). Feldenkrais led me to OI.
The principles and ethical foundation of OI and my experience of OI working for me, is what inspired me to train. The gentle effective way of processing a wide range of experiences has led to tangible shifts in my capacity to enjoy and live a meaningful life, contributing my offerings in a sustainable way.
Honoured to be working as part of the OI Black Indigenous People Of Colour (BIPOC) Facilitators Team, holding space for BIPOC communities within OI to have every possibility of enjoying their course, integrating the learning, and thriving in their lives.
As a Qualified OI Coach, I enjoy the process of deepening my learning and seeing the benefits unfold in my work and I continue my path of more nuanced and specialized OI training as a participant on the OI HEART training program.

Born and raised in London, to Jamaican parents. My heritage, the culture, stories, food, music, language, lineage, and ancestry are a source of nourishment which enriches my life. The resilience garnered through my lived and the ancestral experience of navigating systemic oppression is fuel for this work, as is a passion for equity, learning, nature, and a return to our essential humanity.
Spending early adulthood, through study and work, in the East Midlands UK, my horizons broadened bringing a love of the countryside alongside London. It also sowed the seeds for an ever widening, national and international friendship and community network which coexist alongside meaningful local connections.
A core, foundational, and evolving daily Spiritual Practice, informs, nourishes, and delights me. It is also the constant that enables me to sail through life’s choppy waters.
I like to recognise ancestral heritage, culture and the various facets and layers of identity in the way I work.
I have a vibrant life, shared with family, friends and global community including OI. I spend social time connecting with them and enjoying a broad spectrum of the arts, and nature.
