Our never-ending ‘shoulds’ and to-do lists can drown out the clever, supportive signals our body sends us and quickly lead us on a path to overwhelm & burnout.
My support is best described as gentle, playful, and nurturing, I'll encourage you to set your compass towards enjoyment as you gently increase your biological resilience.

I’m an ICF-certified, trauma-informed coach. I hold coaching qualifications from The Somatic School and Organic Intelligence Coaching. I’m also a qualified movement teacher (Yoga, Pilates, Qoya)
I have regular supervision to help me be the best coach I can be and ensure I coach effectively, ethically & safely.
I've coached many brilliant humans to reconnect to their bodies wisdom and create embodied change over the last 15 years through my teaching, coaching & group programmes.
I love the work I do because this is my work too and I come to this work as a coach and a human who continues to walk this path.
I believe in revolution, justice, progress, liberation, equality and an intersectional understanding of power, privilege & oppression. I work hard to ensure that my work is relevant to the current climate and trauma-informed and aim to be humble about what I don’t know.
I am always open to listening and learning more. I am, we are, infinitely learning, forever changing and growing.
