iACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS:
Finding Ease, Balance & Resilience—Together
Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s navigating stress, parenting, big transitions, or simply feeling stuck. I’m here to help you find more ease, balance, and resilience through Organic Intelligence (OI)—a gentle, body-centered approach that supports your nervous system’s natural ability to heal and regulate.
Rather than focusing on what’s wrong, OI helps us notice what’s already working—reconnecting with your body’s own intelligence to build real, lasting change. Our work together is not about fixing, but about rediscovering your innate capacity for well-being.
In our sessions, we’ll explore ways to:
🌿 Feel more grounded and less overwhelmed
😌 Navigate stress, anxiety, and sleep struggles with more ease
❤️ Strengthen relationships and emotional resilience
👶 Support yourself in parenting, pregnancy, or major life shifts
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Read more +A Bit About Me
I've always been fascinated by human resilience and transformation, which has led me to extensive travel and study. I found my way to Organic Intelligence in 2018, and it felt like discovering the missing link to many of my inquiries—trying to understand how we, as humans "tick", and how personal and societal transformation can be supported.
I studied with Daria Halprin Expressive Arts Therapy in my early twenties, and continued my academic path with a Bachelor in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master in Peace, and Conflict Transformation. My path has taken me through the worlds of NGOs, creative arts, and education, exploring how people and societies heal and grow.
Alongside coaching, I’m the Creative Director of Below the Skin, a performance dance company using movement as a tool for change. I also co-facilitate School of Commons, a peer-to-peer learning program at the Zurich University of the Arts, focused on community and inclusion.
But one of my biggest teachers? Motherhood. Having a four-year-old has deepened my passion for supporting women, young mothers, and parents as they navigate the challenges of family life. I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel, and I believe in building stronger support systems for ourselves and each other.
