In addition to Organic Intelligence, I offer integrative bodywork, restorative movement, and strength training. My work is influenced by my desire to deepen connection with my ancestors and the more-than-human world.

I'm a lifelong martial artist and I still enjoy physically exploring my surroundings, while my experience of injury and chronic pain teaches me to do so with gentleness and compassion for myself and others. I'm currently deepening in exploration of grief and masculinity, as well as discovering the joy of dance.
