Hello, and thank you for stopping by! It's a sincere honor to be featured here with such a dynamic, compassionate bunch of humans.
In my coaching practice, I enjoy supporting parents and caregivers as well as young adults who are eager to find relief from overwhelm, mind racing, and indecision. Helping your system (and you!) feel more resilient in the midst of challenge and change is one of my deepest hopes of our work together.
Education-wise, I have a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I'm also trained as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher through U Mass Medical. I love combining these approaches with OI in order to help clients access more presence in daily life -- in all its beauty and heartbreak -- with greater ease, compassion and enjoyment.
