Welcome, fellow travelers. Whatever path leads you here, may you discover comfort, safety and support. My name is Jay and I am a third-generation medicine woman with an Organic Intelligence (OI) coach certification.

OI is the core thread woven throughout my work, combining coaching, flower/herbal essences, and mysticism. 

Most of my clients are seeking lasting change for what they have been struggling with. They come with a desire for change, be it relief from physical pain after an accident or to discover and embrace who they authentically are.

Let me introduce my story. I have lived in both physical and emotional pain for much of my life. For 30+ years I have attempted many healing modalities but found myself in repetitive trauma patterns. OI pointed a way out for me! By shifting my attention to the vibrant outside world, and anchoring me in the here and now.  I rediscovered joy, calmness and spontaneity. To my pleasant surprise, I laugh a lot more! Life is changing. OI has helped me jump the track to a different journey.
