Since I was a child, I have loved nature – present on the Earth and in our bodies. And so, coming to OI practice came naturally to me in 2015. In 2018, I began the HEARTraining in Basel.

My coaching work is deeply rooted in my confidence in the self-healing power of nature within our bodies, which I witness every day in my life and work.

In the larger sense, I reflect and follow what’s already well within you. I follow the streams where harmony flows beneath our conditioned awareness and where your resources, passions, and strength lie.

For most of my adult life, I have been inspired by various spiritual and wisdom paths, which I studied with many contemporary teachers across the world, helping me to understand the deeper nature of who we are. But it’s only when I found OI that I began to experience how intimately spirituality is interwoven with the natural expressions of our and the Earth’s bodies. Helping the body gently unwind the stresses brings integration into the easeful flow of life.

In addition to OI, I specialize in working with difficult or chaotic relationships. Weaving elements of the latest personality science, if needed – and where I have years of experience – often helps gain agency and clarity on the journey towards self-regulation, happiness, and fulfillment in our relationships. Besides, learning about our positive personality traits can significantly impact healing as they are our internal source of empowerment.

Together, we can create a safe space for the streams of the wholeness of your being to come more alive so that you may experience yourself as that which is vital, as that who you long to be, as that who you love.
