For 25 years I focused on managing the family business – talking to clients, caring for employees and learners.

A marriage can split up, not seldom at a certain age. I began looking for broader perspectives of life and decided for different trainings as a Doula, one of them was with the Swiss Red Cross and two others more spiritually oriented.

At the same time my interests for Organic Intelligence were awakened. My trajectory of changing life persectives was accompanied by Somatic Experiencing Sessions. Since 2018 the doors opened bit by bit to the world of Organic Intelligence.

One step after the other followed to more well being in discovering what really matters in life.

I live in Switzerland, some of the time in Basel at the boarder to France and Germany, and some of the time in Grisons/ Graubünden. I am also a mother of two daughters and a grandma of three grandchildren.

I love nature, hiking and swimming but also reading and last but not least: socialising.
