Do you sometimes wish things could be different?  On my own path, that type of heartfelt longing and creative intuition sparked a lifelong love of creativity and art making. Even as a small child I found my whole body/mind entered what I later learned was a creative flow state. The innate wisdom of my biological system’s internal compass pointed me toward a healing creative space of joy in connecting to what lit me up and made me feel more alive.  Eventually I was drawn to sharing creatively with others through teaching as well as using expressive and creative therapies with children and their families, often in care, residential treatment and sometimes in crisis.

Currently I work together with diverse individual clients.  We explore together what their system wants to look at, for example life's transitions and challenges as well as what lights them up.  We often land on peoples passions and what brings them most alive both inside and out.

My theoretical framework is relational, using both talk therapy and/or creative/expressive arts modalities. From an OI informed coaching perspective I follow your lead and we work experientially and in the moment.  I listen/witness, reflect, track and attune carefully in order to attend to where you are and what your system calls for.  We start with where you are most comfortable, which means that conversation, talking, imagery, dreamwork and silence are all welcome in sessions.  We work and play flexibly between short term talk coaching and if it fits we sometimes explore expressive/creative arts while safely building our relational nest and co-creating our healing and therapeutic online studio space.
