iACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS:
Hello and welcome! I'm so glad your explorations have brought you here. In the Organic Intelligence® community, we are finding a fresh path forward in the science and art of healing.
Read more +As a certified OI HEART™ Coach, I support the unfolding of well-being, resilience, and empowerment through the transformative lens of Organic Intelligence® (OI™), where the neuroscience of growth and nervous system support is uniquely Trauma Safe™.
My clients are individuals across many stages of life and paths of becoming -- from diverse identities, abilities, cultures, spiritual lineages, and nontheistic journeys. I enjoy walking alongside others as they reconnect with the natural vitality within themselves and with the living world we all share. My practice honors people's strengths and follows the organizing expressions of their physiology, so that agency, liberation and wisdom can arise from the spontaneous interplay of mind-body-spirit-heart.
Being a first-generation immigrant-refugee shapes my appreciation for divergence, complexity, and fuels the integrative vision of my offerings, which include dreamwork and spiritual direction.
Alongside extensive experience as an English teacher in public education, I've spent 30 years in sacred journeying with folx from diverse traditions and orientations through trauma and spiritual formation. My heart draws me to contribute to restorative practices across civic, intercultural and intergenerational contexts. I serve on OI's BIPOC Facilitators Team and enjoy cultivating spaces for students in OI’s Coaching Certification training and in the End of Trauma Course. In the past as a panelist for OI Family, I joined our international community in conversations around the flourishing of children and teens through OI's heartful framework. My additional training in SMART (sensory motor arousal regulation treatment) informs my OI sessions with children, where embodied play opens the path to easeful growth.
I live with my spouse and kiddos in San Diego, California, the unceded, ancestral lands of the Kumeyaay people. Daily I marvel at creatures making their way through the neighborhood and holds special awe for pollinators, soil regeneration, and the wisdom of natural ecosystems. It is my joy to participate in the unfolding wholeness and regenerative vitality of people and planet.
