Since 2020, I’ve facilitated in the OI BIPOC space, creating decolonized, supportive environments for marginalized communities on their healing journeys. I understand that creating space for mental and spiritual wellness can feel challenging, especially for those of us from marginalized backgrounds, so I’m grateful to offer a welcoming space as a BIPOC provider.

In my work, I integrate nature, mindfulness, grounding practices, curiosity, and presence, creating a holistic approach that allows clients to feel supported and centered. I believe these elements foster deeper self-awareness and resilience, helping clients connect with their inner wisdom and navigate change with greater ease.
