Hi! I am an Organic Intelligence® Coach and practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy.

Being a healing practitioner means a great deal to me and my style is very influenced by my experience being a client of many, many and various kinds doctors, therapists, etc. There were times when I felt so seen and held in their present attention and there were times when I felt hurt, alone, confused and afraid. When I say being a practitioner means a lot to me, I mean that I believe how that role is embodied can be as pivotal to a client’s healing as the modality they are using. So my main priority in our work together is that you feel seen, safe and comfortable. I do my best to create a collaborative, welcoming and safe space where you can practice being your self.

As someone who has been living with and healing from chronic illness for almost a decade, I am no stranger to struggle and pain, as well as the magic of being alive! Spending hours alone in bed with only the capacity to be was an initiation into wisdom I was not expecting in this life and gave me plenty of opportunities to experiment with and practice a variety of tools. I think my life experience has uniquely qualified me to support you in your growth because I am intimately connected with the healing journey on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. As a person and practitioner, I am vastly curious, extremely passionate, grounded and present with a splash of eccentricity just to keep it interesting!
