As a post-trauma growth coach, I combine years of intuitive training with the neuroscience backed protocol of O.I. Each session is a journey of discovery where together we tune in to where that magic spark is that can lead to greater freedom and wholeness in your life and system. Trauma is unintegrated resource: we are here to re-home all of you and set you on course of deep trust in yourself and all that you might encounter. Whether it is navigating transitions, finding faith in a dark rut, or providing fertilizer for an already flourishing garden, I delight in bringing my skills to your process.
Read more +I am in love with this work. Since childhood I sought healing for myself in every way: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and I learned a lot along the way. From the study of social systems to hands on energy healing, from earth based rituals to clinical protocols, from nature based play with children to nutrition for chronic illness, from meditative dance to the neuroscience of manifestation, I enjoy applying nuggets of what I have learned into the incredibly wholistic, biologically attuned, real-results approach that is Organic Intelligence®. This work has changed my life and I have every confidence that it can change yours.
