I also offer OI sessions to folks in all walks of life who want to move from living with stress and stuckness to living with more ease, enjoyment and meaning, especially those who need support in moving towards the expression of their purpose on the planet and their emerging voice that’s necessary for this to happen.
As a performance coach and voice teacher, executive speaker coach, Organic Intelligence® Coach and ex-lawyer, I’ve helped Hollywood Actors, London West End Performers, TED Talkers, Google execs, Magic Circle law firms and more learn how to be more compelling on stage and live empowered, meaningful lives. I’m also the founder of the Emergence Framework whose mission is to make communication with the people who matter most, more compelling, moving and meaningful.
My Story
My professional career began as a criminal defence lawyer working in court every day swiftly followed by performing to thousands of people on stage as an actor, singer and dancer. Along the way I fell in love with being a teacher and a coach through becoming a voice teacher, acting teacher and executive speaker coach to individuals and groups. Thanks to the amazing mentors and experience I’ve had over the years I learned the alchemy of working with the mind, body and voice from the neurobiological level up. I learned the art form of making the invisible, visible and how to teach this to others.

In a world that focuses on what’s wrong and a guru who needs to fix it, we need a new strategy in performance and speaker coaching. One that’s heart, soul and neurobiologically friendly and therefore effective in moving from professional to epic performance levels. That’s why I hone in on the moments of true brilliance in thought leaders and performing artists who are becoming more visible. I focus on bringing these moments to the forefront so they can let go of what’s holding them back and allow their greatness to shine visibly.
Who I work with
I work with professional speakers, execs and performers who want to become empowering thought leaders and epic artists by tuning into their own personal brand of extra sparkle. That ineffable thing beyond words that you see in the leaders in your field as the magic happens on stage or screen, that’s what I train. I accompany people and help facilitate their organic journey to Emerge on their chosen stage with an Epic Presence and a Free Voice and Body to tell their meaningful Story.
I also facilitate OI™ Empowerment and Resilience Group work to organisations and have co-coached the End of Trauma Course(EOTC), run OI trainings for the LGBTQ+ community, Extinction Rebellion Activists as well as therapists and coaches with OI founder, Steve Hoskinson.
I work with people one to one via my Emergence Protege Program or Organic Intelligence®(OI™)Protege Program and have a specialty in facilitating, coaching and teaching groups via my bespoke group trainings for organisations.
