About My Work
I work with expats, expat spouses, and digital nomads navigating the complexity of life between cultures — and with professionals in transition who sense that pushing harder is not the answer. My focus is on finding ground in uncertainty: not by optimising or adapting faster, but by coming back home to yourself.
My approach draws on Organic Intelligence® (OI™) — a biological, relational framework that works with the nervous system's own capacity to reorganise and grow — alongside neuroaesthetics and visual thinking. I'm also a practicing neuroartist: I use drawing, pattern, and image as tools for reflection, regulation, and insight, both in my own practice and with clients.
Who I Work With
Expats and expat spouses navigating life between cultures. Digital nomads seeking rootedness without losing freedom. Professionals in transition who are ready to work differently — not harder.
