People tend to find me at a crossroads when they are looking for support that is different from what they have experienced in the past. They want to move past just talking about their challenges and into feeling increased capacity and clarity within themselves to know that they can respond to the ups and downs of life.
With a truly integrative approach and 20+ years of study and training, I partner with my clients to holistically approach their desires for more immediate relief from struggle and pain while keeping our eye towards the growth they want to experience. What I love about Organic Intelligence is that it is a profound shift away from the old model of looking for what's wrong and broken into knowing and trusting in people's inherent well-being. It's an honour that I get to partner with clients to support that shift so that they begin to feel that well-being in themselves. When we learn to orient towards our own capacity and well-being we tend to respond to life differently. We can trust ourselves in challenging times and move towards a more vibrant and engaging life.
Some info about my training and qualifications:
I hold a license in Social Work in 3 states (AZ, CO, and CT) and have studied human development, attachment theory, IFS, and multiple somatic and mindfulness-based modalities. I proudly let clients know that I too have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing and have learned a lot along the way.
I am such a huge fan of Organic Intelligence as I find that it knits together my early psychotherapeutic training and years of study around trauma, spirituality, and mindfulness with strong neuroscience and somatic-based knowledge that is not only enjoyable but effective treatment. And ultimately what many of us are seeking is to feel that we can honour our past, connect to our true nature in the present, and walk with some confidence into our future.

I currently hold a certificate as an Organic Intelligence trained coach and am continuing my OI studies towards becoming an OI specialist.
