My work as a therapist and coach has always been intimately entwined with my own journey through this strange, wonderful and often confusing experience of being human.
Since coming to Organic Intelligence I have come to understand that much of our individual and collective distress is a result of our alienation from our deeper nature, our separation from the rhythms of the world from which we emerge. In the words of Alan Watts; โWe donโt come into this world, we come OUT of it.โ
RhythmโฆOscillationโฆ.
As a musician and percussionist I love the power of rhythm, of oscillation, the way they can bring us into deeper parts of ourselves. Organic Intelligence has given me a way to resonate with the rhythms and harmonies of the human organisms I endeavour to support in my work
Thankfully we are entering a time in which many people are working in many ways to restore these lost connections – I see my practice as coach and therapist as part of this work.
I am honoured to offer support and guidance in these times – grateful for the chance to give back some of the indescribably precious support and mentoring I have received in my life. I am grateful also, delighted and sometimes amazed at how the creative, life-affirming energy flows back to me.
I live in the West of Ireland with my wife Fiona, daughters Romy and Jolie and three cats. When I am not working or enjoying time with my family my passion-energy is divided between the greenhouse, the samba-band and the double bass. And when the sun shines here in the west, itโs even better!
