iACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS:
How is your unique journey unfolding right now? Would you prefer to walk steadily on a path as opposed to dragging your feet through mud, feeling stuck? Perhaps you’re seeking more clarity as you’re passing through a foggy valley, or you want to find that lost compass that will point the way forward? Maybe you just need someone to walk beside you, offering a steady presence?
If you’re looking for support and wishing for things to be different – for there to be more balance, authenticity, meaning and simple pleasure – I’m here to offer a helping hand.
Read more +I’m curious about how we can cultivate harmony in life, embrace the unfolding of natural flow, and discover ease and spontaneity in the present moment. Organic Intelligence® and the Feldenkrais Method® have opened my eyes to a more natural, authentic way of being. I have also found my own horses and Dartmoor’s wild ponies to be great guides in this respect – indeed, they have taught me so much about being gentle, listening in an attuned way, and being present while engaging with what life brings forth in each moment.
Prior to coaching, I have run art-and-craft groups for kids, taught English, worked in a university careers service, assisted a theatre company for differently-abled people, and been a writer and a publisher. I have also taught courses on research skills and nonfiction writing. Alongside coaching, I continue to write: I have a monthly column in Writing Magazine and I’m working on extending my series of logic puzzle books.
I offer sessions online. Typically, each session lasts 50-60 minutes and takes the form of a gentle conversational process where your uniqueness is respected and cherished. I would be delighted to schedule a free 30-minute consultation so we can explore how your challenges and needs might be addressed using the Organic Intelligence® framework.
