Hello! I’m Charlie and I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I started my career as a traditional talk therapist in a small group private practice in San Diego. I became the Clinical Director of that practice, managing and supervising a team of 12 therapists.  Eventually I started my own practice and transitioned to focusing on Executive Coaching. My clients today are typically leaders who have their own companies or are executives at a start up company. If that’s you, then you know the role of being a leader is a rewarding but intense and often very challenging task to take on. It can take its toll on our hearts, minds and bodies. In other words, it can really stress our nervous systems.

Using my 10+ years of training with Steve Hoskinson (first in Somatic Experiencing and then in Organic Intelligence) I work with leaders to help them feel better inside, relate better with those they work with, and lead better in their roles.
