My life transformed completely via these somatic practices, but a missing piece for me was: How to support myself and others with layers of stress/ anxiety/ trauma that the somatic practices didn’t touch?

I love how Organic Intelligence (like Feldenkrais and JKA) does not fixate on trauma and instead is oriented towards post trauma growth, focusing on the integration of the whole person in relationship to their environment. With genuine human connection, compassion, attunement and skill to follow the intelligence of our nervous systems we grow our capacity to naturally heal and self-organize. My vision to make these practices accessible to more people beyond my private practice inspired Movement & Creativity Library, an online resource/community curated from somatic teachers around the world, with hundreds of Feldenkrais lessons and Organic Intelligence practices to do at home, supporting our physical, emotional and creative growth.
