iACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS:
As a Certified Meditation teacher, Organic Intelligence Faculty, and a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am exploring the ways that Meditation and Organic Intelligence interweave to support the potential for living an unencumbered or unburdened life.
I have studied with Steve Hoskinson (OI Founder) since 2006, and my understanding of the ways spirituality is shaped by our biological and physiological being has been deeply informed by this relationship and the growing wisdom of Organic Intelligence. This understanding supports an approach to meditation practice that is non-shaming and flexible.
During this time, I also studied meditation and dharma with John Yates (Upasaka Culadasa), who brought an emphasis on the joyful exploration of meditation practice and the insight that arises from there.
I currently offer meditation practice discussions, retreats, and online classes that interweave OI with meditation from The Mind Illuminated tradition. I am not currently accepting new therapy clients.

Direct Teaching Lineage
- Upasaka Culadasa was my main teacher until his death and his teachings continue to inform my practice and teachings. His lineage was Upasaka Kema Ananda and the Venerable Jotidhamma Bhikkhu, both trained in the Theravadin and Tibetan Karma Kagyu traditions with lineage to the Venerable Ananda
