When you’re learning about Organic Intelligence^®, it’s helpful to work with someone who has been working a lot in the area. However, to help the learning, it’s ideal to work with someone who really knows how learning happens—and someone who values the mutual learning that happens in a professional, caring relationship. 

As a university professor with a specialty in Ethics, I know how to help people learn. I began studying Organic Intelligence in 2018, and have since helped OI™ share the message of healing, including with consulting with the OI organization. In writing articles with OI Founder Steven Hoskinson, I have had direct access to the evolution of this healing art, its theory and practice.  It has been my pleasure to make a small contribution to this exciting new field of healing. 

But no matter how much one has learned, it’s important to to remember how much healing there is in just feeling truly heard. 

Wouldn’t it be nice to know that whatever your background, whatever you bring into the coaching room, that your coach will “get” you—that you know you’ll be heard, and seen? 

That’s where the transformation happens, that’s where the deepest learning occurs.
