I’m here to support and promote your integration and well-being as a unique body-mind-soul. I take a personable, attuned, and paced approach within the framework of OI®. Recognizing that nervous system regulation isn't something we 'do' necessarily, but as something that emerges.

My interests have taken me from studies in psychology, movement, dance, dreams, and collaborative play. Always with a heart for wellness and enjoyment of life.

Inner ‘work’ can really mean growing capacity for ease, richness, and pleasure in areas of life that matter most. And can be explored in an embodied and relational way. Innate to everybody.
