The human body has an innate ability to heal, grow, and be whole. Living in today’s world can be stressful, and both acute traumatic events as well as long-term stressors can impact the mind and body leaving a person feeling stuck, disconnected from others, dysregulated, stressed, or sometimes with a vague sense that life could be something more than this. Through support of the neurobiology using the methods found in Organic Intelligence®, it is possible for us to heal from past events and ongoing stressors to live a vibrant life in the present.

We will use the signals of support from your neurobiology to facilitate healing, growth, and well-being. This will take place in regularly scheduled 50 minute sessions via Zoom (in the future I will also offer an in-person option). We will talk in a free-flowing conversation that is easeful, supportive, trauma-safe, and attuned to your needs.
My approach is gentle and pleasant. Sometimes it is profound and moving and other times more light-hearted, depending on what is coming up that day within a given client’s biology. Things proceed at a pace that is comfortable for the client to allow for integration and prevent things from feeling overwhelming. Together we will explore topics that come up in conversation as they arise and we may explore the world around us as well to help ground us in the present moment.
I have had 15+ years working as a nurse practitioner before beginning coaching as a way to work more holistically with people. I am a certified Organic Intelligence® coach after completing a one year intensive training program in 2022. I have found Organic Intelligence® to be profoundly effective and gentle and am continuing my training to further refine my skills and gain additional coaching certification. I also completed a 3 year Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner training program in 2019.
