As fellow human beings, we share the same biology: being part of nature and living in it. And like nature has its own rhythms by changing from day to night, ebb and flow, creation and dissolution, so do we find our own rhythms in our lives like by being awake and asleep, moving and being still, breathing in and breathing out. At times we’re active, at times we seek rest; sometimes we enjoy other’s company, sometimes we prefer to be on our own; at times we’re very serious about things and at times we can see the funny side of it; sometimes we’re full of hope, clarity and knowing where we’re going, sometimes we lose track, feeling irritated and lost or even overwhelmed with anger, grief or pain. With my training in Organic Intelligence, we will work with natural impulses arising from your own biology supporting the rhythms in your life that feel good and easeful, that open up connections to others, and that let you embrace creative possibilities. As we follow a path of gentle support and orientation, we recognise that our biology is insistently self-healing.
Through our conversations, we may experience that we’re part of something much bigger; we’re embedded in nature and it can be profoundly supportive when we can recognise and sense this deep belonging reaching from biology to cosmos. By realising what has purpose and meaning in our lives, we discover an immensely satisfying trajectory/path way by becoming aware of what decisions we can take naturally and with ease, and in which direction we want to walk; not only pursuing what is important to us but also - as part of this process - being able to express ourselves as the natural and joyful beings that we are.
