BIPOC End of Trauma Course:

A BIPOC Affinity Group Experience

Welcome! Organic Intelligence® is delighted to offer the End of Trauma Course specially tailored for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC EOTC), facilitated by our dedicated BIPOC team.

BIPOC EOTC is a space for first-time EOTC participants to share in a culturally responsive environment where questions, authenticity, connection, and healing can unfold with greater ease.

This community hopes to cultivate a compassionate experience where all are warmly received and reflected as they engage at whatever pace or degree that is easeful and nourishing for well-being.

A unique freedom and depth can emerge in BIPOC spaces where shared socio-cultural experiences, ethnic representation, and differences are held with special care and understanding. We welcome stories, lives, and voices enriched by the flavors of different languages, dialects, and accents.

BIPOC EOTC was developed in response to feedback from BIPOC participants seeking specific support to help their systems settle and integrate learning. The Organic Intelligence® community acknowledges that this intentional support creates the conditions for a more easeful and enjoyable course experience.

Who is BIPOC EOTC for?

  • Black, Indigenous, and People of Color who are curious about how the intersections of ancestry, culture, and community can inform the transformation of self and systems
  • People who appreciate the diverse range of BIPOC experiences – everyone’s journey is valued
  • Activists who want to learn resilience skills so they can help others who may be on the edge of burn out, without burning out themselves
  • People whose symptoms haven’t been understood and who want to learn (and experience) how lasting change happens
  • Those who are considering (or in the midst of) a significant life transition (work, home, relationship) and seeking clarity around what really matters
  • Educators, parents, caregivers, and partners who tend and care for others – get tools for inner resilience
  • Therapists and coaches who want to experientially understand the somatic aspects of trauma and Post-Trauma Growth (PTG), while also growing their own resiliency
  • Those who want to make meditation a more integrated part of life and get practices and support for having less ‘noise’ in the biology
  • Those who want to personally experience OI before enrolling in the OI Coach Certification program.

The End of Trauma™ Course and BIPOC EOTC is for Post-Trauma Growth – and is not for people who are in current acute crisis or who are disabled by trauma or mental health issues.

For individual, personal support, including from licensed and advanced OI Coaches and therapists, go to the Organic Intelligence® Directory.

We deeply appreciate the care and support of allies, and kindly encourage members who are not BIPOC, but interested in EOTC to join the general EOTC cohort.

Daily, neurobiological “state-shift” meditations help ease your neurobiology into growth patterns of nervous system states. This “state-shift” process helps your system work better, and incorporates the organizing information that helps us learn and grow. These are known as Strategic Use of Perception (SUP) practices.

Listen as BIPOC EOTC Facilitator Neruma Ankti guides you through the channels in which you experience the world: Image, Sensation, Orientation, Meaning, and Affect (ISOMA).

The point, however, is that we learn how to do this ourselves: how to tune into those channels of support from our biology, understanding how they hold the key to resilience.

Bonus meditations for sleep, pain, surgery, and many more are included. Downloadable, these meditations will go with you and grow with you.

CLICK HERE for a sample of the Week 1 Day 1 SUP guided by BIPOC EOTC Facilitator Neruma Ankti.

When you register for BIPOC EOTC you get lifetime access into future rounds of EOTC and BIPOC EOTC Alum Cohorts.

It is the OI growth pattern: grow, rest & integrate, grow.

We grow in EOTC, then rest & integrate, then come back in a new round and grow more. It’s the organic path of real system change found here in EOTC.

The Path to Post-Trauma Growth

You already know how to heal. Maybe even more than you do, however, your own being wants you to grow, and do more, do better, and feel better.

This is our birthright—not “processing” trauma or the past, but rather the remarkable ability to grow our processing capacity (bandwidth).

We become more ourselves when we have more bandwidth. We feel our humanness, and the interconnectedness that arises spontaneously from our pre-existent wholeness.

Experience the path of Post-Trauma Growth and how ease-fully and naturally real change can happen.
