OI Mentors play a critical role in the HEARTraining^®.  In a mentor-based learning program OI Mentors learn how to expertly ‘midwife’ the learning process for HEART students.

OI Mentor level teaches how to trace the developmental trajectory of an individual, not only in the context of individual session work, but also in the context of unique information based on observable developmental milestones expected of HEART students.
