OI’s emphasis on compassion practice and the enjoyment of basic goodness provide support for integrating the OI Clinical Protocol in a deep way. The OI 3-Phase map offers a science-based model that leads to the understanding that prior diligence is needed to stabilize emotional reactivity, and to compensate for the “negativity bias,” which is common in therapy and culture.
