Catering will be provided by the chef at Kalani. Kalani is committed to supporting local economies and eating locally-sourced food. Kalani kitchen sources approximately 70% of produce from local farms. They cultivate herbs and vegetables in their very own gardens and orchards, tended by permaculture volunteers. They strive to provide a true farm-to-table experience. Bon appetit!
We are not able to offer different or individualized meal plans; however, Kalani may be able to accommodate special dietary needs if you let us know at least 10 days prior to the start of the training module. Please contact your local coordinator if you have special dietary needs.
